How-do-you-do Neha,
The error was not resolved removing existing credentials using the credential director. Immigration the Apply Office applications to sync Office files that I open check box is non a solution because I demand that characteristic to piece of work when I collaborate with others - but immigration information technology does stop the error dialog from showing up, though it also prevents me from using native role apps to collaborate.

How-do-you-do Neha,
Unfortunately, this didnt work. I tried deleting all my credentials with the pedagogy email address I have, deleted the registry, and rebooted. When I rebooted, my Onedrive asked me to sign in, but when I clicked sign in, it automatically did and so which means it appears to still exist caching my credentials somewhere else.
Opening a document in onedrive later on the higher up opened a dialog box asking me to sign in again, but afterward I did that, it again returns the same error about buried credentials. Help please!

Howdy Pdinc,
May I know whether the error appears when you open up a file from local OneDrive folder or when you open file directly from browser?
If the error appears when file is opened from local OneDrive folder, then try this; Open a browser on your Windows reckoner, go to Office 365 portal and sign in with your work or school account, get to OneDrive for business organization or SharePoint online library where your documents are stored, open any file in browser. From Office online, click Open in Desktop app on the top of the folio, check you become the aforementioned mistake.
In addition, please provide the information, I requested in my first reply.
